Junior Youth at English Café

It was really a fun night. We want to thank Fairview's Junior Youth for taking part in this English Café event.

Do you know how to use these "game" idioms?

  • A game plan

  • A whole new ball game

  • Ahead of the game

  • Be new to the game

  • Play a waiting game

  • Play the game

  • What's game?

  • Back in the game

  5. Hi Kenn, Virginia, Debbie, Mom, volunteers and everyone in the English Cafe's Family. Thank you for your words. However,I am just doing part of my job to enrich the great work you have done for five years. Not everyone in the world spends their free time offering love, knowledge, and friendship to immigrants. To me you are like angels and you are the ones who deserve thankfulness. Great job and please go ahead with this amazing project. We love our English Café at the Fairview Church because we are about more than learning English. René

  6. Most volunteers haven't posted comments. I think they are new to the game of blogging. The blog is certainly interesting and artistic. Rene and Sonia - your dream came true. V.
